Francis Bizoza, a Pan Africanist and education enthusiast, is revolutionising learning across Africa. As a project-based curriculum designer at Learning Equality and a LEAP Social Entrepreneur Fellow at Solve-MIT, he blends his deep-rooted passion for education with a unique approach to teaching. A graduate of Makerere University with a degree in Education, and an alumnus of the Master Teacher Programme under the ALforEducation Network of the African Leadership Academy, Francis understands the challenges faced by teachers and students firsthand.

Driven by a mission to reshape education, Francis journeys across Africa, offering fresh insights into the continent’s history, culture, and natural wonders. His goal is to forge a network of African teachers who are deeply informed and inspired by their continent’s potential. In each country, Francis engages learners in school sessions that delve into topics such as geography, history, resources, global citizenship, and sustainable development, all while emphasizing localized resources and practical solutions.

Through story reading sessions, discussions, and hands-on projects, Francis not only educates but empowers students to act on critical issues like climate change. His work leaves a lasting impact, as local teachers continue guiding students to implement the projects he initiates.

Francis is more than an educator; he’s a catalyst for change, inspiring a new generation to understand, appreciate, and harness the potential of Africa.
